A rich text file is created by Centrix in the Centrix\Sales folder. A default name is created from the quotation reference and Item number (example Centrix-Temp-Item1.rtf).

This document is fully editable from within the form and can be saved or printed.

Note that if the default name is used and any changes made, it automatically gets written over if you come back to this form using the same quote reference and item number.

You can also open other *.rtf documents in this form and print them.

Print and save the form then click the 'X' button on the form to close it. You can now start the next item or next quote.
