Electric Motor Selection
Centrix will automatically select the default brand motor from the database that has a kw rating meeting that required.
If a motor power rating meeting the criteria cannot be found then the motor kw box will show red and the highest rating motor for the pole speed required will be shown. If a fixed speed selection is made and the required pole speed is not available the nearest pole speed will be shown.
Note also that if there is no price shown the price box will show red.
The default brand can be reset by the user at any time by selecting the new brand and type from the drop down boxes and clicking the 'Set as default Brand' button.
Click a row in the grid to change the selected motor and show the dimensions and details.
A new price can be entered by typing into the price box. Click the 'Save' button to save the new price and any other changes to the database.
Click the 'OK' button to accept the motor selected.
