Arrangement 7

Arrangement 7 direct coupled drive pedestals are not fully supported by Centrix due to the many possibilities of motor support.

The shaft however can be fully designed  - see screen shot and estimates of pedestal sizes and weights made for costing purposes.

Clicking 'NEXT' on the shaft design form will bring up the Coupling Selection form.

After selecting the coupling the Casing Options Form will be shown.

Note that once a coupling has been selected it is bypassed by the next and back buttons. This preserves any manual coupling selection entries.

If you want to change the coupling selection use the 'View-Coupling' menu.
